Hey Everyone! Welcome to Jason Earles Page! Jason Earles was born in San Diego, California. Unlike a lot of actors his age, who just head to Hollywood without any training or experience, Jason decided to learn everything he could. He studied acting, directing, cold reading (which he would win an AMTC award for), & even learned how to Jitter Bug. When Jason wasn't taking lessons, he was acting in local plays in Montana (& later Oregon), amassing four KC/ACTF Irene Ryan nominations. His first "Major" movie role was in "National Treasure" as Thomas Gates, the stable boy who discovers that America's Founding Fathers hid the "Knights Templar Treasure". In 2005, Jason got the part of Jackson Stewart (Miley Stewart / Hannah Montana's older brother) on the series "Hannah Montana". The role gives him a chance to not only display his comedic talents, but to use the "Southern Accent" that he learned during his training. His favorite TV channel is ESPN. His favorite cartoon is "South Park". He prefers listening to music over watching TV. He has become close to the Cyrus family since he started working with Billy Ray & Miley Cyrus on "Hannah Montana". His likeness was used to create the "Jackson's Beach Treat Delivery" for Disney Channel's website. He says that the school subjects he liked the most were science and math. He says that horses and cheetahs are his favorite kind of animals. He loves to listen to Alternative music and his favorite nature sound is the ocean. He says that he wants to go to Ireland someday. He likes to play video games in his spare time. He was a member of the "Blue" team for the first annual "Disney Channel Games: 2006". His nickname on the team was "The Iceman". He knows how to cook and says that the food he makes the best is BBQ. His favorite sport is Baseball. He loves Chinese food, broccoli, and chocolate chip cookies. His favorite season of the year is Fall. He has always looked up to his dad as his hero, but he aspires to make both of his parents proud. His favorite color is blue. He played Feste in Montana Shakespeare in the Parks production of Twelfth Night. He played Sebastion in Montana Shakespeare in the Parks production of The Tempest. He played Pinocchio in The Illustrious Virginia City Players's production of Pinocchio. He played Tom Sawyer in The Illustrious Virginia City Players's production of Tom Sawyer. He played Reverend John Hale in Losekamp Theatre's production of The Crucible. He played Charlie Baker in Losekamp Theatre's production of The Foreigner. He played Carol in The Billings Studio Theatre's production of The Secret Affairs of Mildred Wild. He played Norman in The Billings Studio Theatre's production of The Dresser. He played Billy Bibbit in The Billings Studio Theatre's production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. He played Alan Strang in The Billings Studio Theatre's production of Equus. He played Nick Bottom & Pyramus in The Glencoe Theater's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Played Ronnie Shaunnesy in The Glencoe Theater's production of House of Blue Leaves. He learned how to talk as though he had a cleft palate for a role in a play. Disney Channel Special Appearances: He has two pets, Timmy and Presley, both of whom are cats. He learned how to talk with a Texan accent. He learned how to talk with a stutter for a role in a play. He was taught how to talk with a Brittish accent. He learned how to talk with a Russian accent. He is a trained equestrian rider. He loves going to the mountains so that he can go snowboarding. He knows how to dance Jitter Bug style (A certain style of Swing Dancing).
